COVID-19 Policies

We have made various changes to the way we work at the salon, this is for your safety and ours. We ask at this time for your patience, while we work around the clock, trying our best to get everyone booked in.

Before your appointment

  • The Salon is appointment only (no walk ins for now), please book your appointment via email until further notice.

  • If you feel unwell and have any symptoms of COVID19 please cancel your appointment immediately and rebook at a later stage.

  • Please try to arrive promptly for your appointment and wait outside, arriving too early or late could cause a crowd in the reception area, and could lead to stylists running behind.  It could also result in your appointment having to be rescheduled.

  • We pride ourselves on the fact that we are a baby friendly salon, but at this crucial time, could we ask that you come alone to your appointment, if possible, to allow extra space and comfort.

  • EVERY NEW CLIENT MUST HAVE A SKIN TEST up to 48 hours prior to hair colour, brow tint or lash tint. Please email or call to book this in. We will not be able to carry out any of these services without a skin test.

  • We ask if you can also bring a mask to wear throughout your appointment.

  • If you can not attend your appointment, can we please ask that you give as much notice as possible, as we have a very long list of clients that will be desperate to take the slot.

Your Appointment

  • On arrival we ask if you could please wash/santise your hands and have your temperature checked. Hand sanitisers will be on every section.

  • As you can appreciate it is very difficult to social distance when carrying out your treatments, but to make you feel as safe as we can all Staff will wear masks throughout your appointment.

  • We are pleased to be offering all refreshments.

Our Health & Safety Policies

  • All staff members are taking regular lateral flow tests.

  • Each section, mirror and all equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each client.

  • All gowns and towels will be washed after every use.

  • We have increased the cleaning schedule of the salon.

  • Hand sanitiser is available at every section and the entrance.
